February is notoriously known as the "Month of Love" due to the Valentine's Day celebration. Please allow me to start my blog with a pic of the cutest valentine EVER.....

The first weekend in February, my sweet friend Leigh Ann invited Mommies and little ones to her lovely home for a Mardis Gras celebration. It was soooo much fun! The parade actually lines up right in front of her house, so we had VIP seating. It was great!
The kiddos had the best time! Eli, Jake and Sara play so nice together. :)

On February 6th through 8th I attended a conference for work in Austin.
Adrienne and I headed downtown to pick up Rong (she teaches Chinese at our school).
Rong is so sweet! She had the most lovely setup and invited us in for tea and traditional Chinese treats before we got on the road.....
We got to the conference and Adrienne and I walked around the Convention Center to check things out.
Of course we managed to find this guy....
Even though it was for work, I had some friends there, so we managed to squeeze some fun in. :)
I also ate some yummmyyyy food :)

Valentine's Day Eve, I stayed up pretty late getting Eli's treats ready for his classmates....
We also were sure to get his wonderful teachers something special. Eli's friend Eve's Mom and I went in on gifts together, so that worked out really well. :)
February 14th, Valentine's Day, was a really special day for me. :) My AMAZING team at work took my students towards the end of the day, so I could sneak out a tad early to attend Eli's Valentine's Day Party at his school. It was the FIRST party I was able to attend and I truly enjoyed every minute of it.
Afterwards, we enjoyed some time at the park and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
Eli loves to pick flowers for me. SO SWEET! :)
Our night concluded with some snuggle time with Daddy and Lulu and a movie. :)

That weekend, Eli's pal Jake turned 3 and we were invited to celebrate! The boys had such a great time playing. They are too cute together :)

The next day we had a nice family day. :)
It was a simple day--park and lunch. I loved every minute of it.
Oh and Eli wrote his name ALL BY HIMSELF for the very first time that day! PROUD MOMMA!!! :)

We also had 2 fun playdates with sweet Sara this month.
We spent one gorgeous afternoon in Galveston playing at the park......
Sara was playing "Sleeping Beauty." Eli wasn't too sure at first and was trying to wake her up. He then threw grass on her and told her to, "Pwease get up!" It was pretty cute....
These two are such cutie patooties!
We also spent one Saturday painting and parking in League City with Sara.......
At "The Painted Potter"....
Then off to burn energy at the park....
Of course cupcakes were needed (maybe more so by Mommies--hehe) to finish off our playdate....

On Sunday, February 24th, I spent the morning (beginning at 9:30) at a birthday party at Chuck-e-Cheese. This is how much I love my child..... LOL!
His friend Ellyn at school invited him to celebrate her birthday. :) All of his little classmates were there and the kiddos had a wonderful time.

FINALLY, on February 26th at 9:46 am, beautiful Teagen Jean was born!!!!!! She entered the world weighing 9 lbs. 2 ounces and was 21.5 inches long. She is absolutely gorgeous and I love her so much already!
Courtney had asked us to come see Teagen once they were home that weekend (as opposed to going to hospital) and that way we could have a nice visit.
She is absolutely precious!

Then they were off to do boy things.... haha
They sure are sweet together :)
